What You'll Be Selling
You'll represent a comprehensive suite of commercial cleaning, maintenance, and restoration services, including:
- Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning
- Commercial Kitchen Tile & Grout Cleaning
- Air Duct Cleaning
- Commercial Carpet Cleaning
- Tile & Grout Cleaning
- Upholstery Cleaning
- Dumpster Pad Pressure Washing
- Exterior Pressure Washing
- Water Damage Restoration
- Mold Remediation
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Prospect and develop new commercial accounts through phone calls, email outreach, networking, and in-person visits.
- Identify opportunities within hotels, restaurants, office buildings, property management companies, and commercial facilities.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers including:
- General Managers
- Property Managers
- Facilities Directors
- Maintenance Managers
- Building Engineers
- Restaurant Owners
- Asset Managers
- Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into revenue.
Account Management & Growth
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying client needs and recommending solutions.
- Cross-sell and expand services within existing accounts.
- Increase recurring service agreements and customer retention.
Sales Activity & Pipeline Management
- Conduct site visits and property walkthroughs.
- Prepare and present estimates and proposals.
- Follow up consistently on open opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in the company CRM.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous B2B sales experience required.
- Experience selling commercial services, restoration services, facility services, property management services, or related solutions is strongly preferred.
- Strong prospecting and cold-calling experience.
- Ability to build relationships with commercial decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter who thrives working independently.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
