2nd Shift Fabrication Shop Associate
Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $18 per hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

What You'll Do
• Load outgoing trucks safely and accurately for next-day deliveries
• Stage pipe and materials to ensure 1st shift can begin production immediately
• Perform fabrication duties including pipe testing, cutting, grooving, and threading
• Produce inventory stock to maintain supply levels
• Organize materials and place products in designated storage locations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient shop environment
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of labor, manufacturing, warehouse, or shop experience
• Ability to follow directions and work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude and common-sense problem-solving skills
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
