- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum RECENT 3 year of stand-up forklift experience (Crown preferred)
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire
- Experience in food manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus
- Basic math and computer skills (RF scanner experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
