1st Shift Mold Setter-7 am to 3 PM: Job Description:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist Technicians with mold changeovers, identifying part defects, determining root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
- Set up and operate molding machinery and related support equipment.
- Perform material handling duties within the Molding area, including delivering raw materials, removing finished goods, and accurately recording material movement in the ERP system.
- Support scheduled preventative maintenance activities.
- Collaborate closely with setup technicians and operators to ensure proper equipment operation.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and all company safety standards.
- Uphold strong housekeeping practices to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.
- Strong communication and interpretation skills, solid visual assessment abilities, above-basic math skills, and competent computer skills.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Effective reasoning and problem‑solving abilities.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for the duration of a full manufacturing shift.
- Ability to reach overhead or with extended arms, with excellent hand dexterity.
- Ability to bend, stoop, stretch, and perform similar physical activities.
- Flexibility to work occasional adjusted schedules as needed.
- Ability to safely operate all required equipment.

Compensation Information
Pay Transparency
The compensation range below reflects a reasonable estimate for this role. Actual pay will depend on relevant experience, education, specific skills, market conditions, geographic location, and other job‑related factors. This role is eligible for overtime pay and may qualify for shift premium compensation.
Pay Range: $21–$27 per hour
Benefits
Employees may qualify for vacation, sick time, and holiday benefits.
- Vacation: Up to 80 hours in the first year
- Sick Time: Up to 40 hours in the first year
- Floating Holiday: Up to 8 hours in the first year
- Paid Holidays: 10 per year, designated by the Division
