We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead high-volume manufacturing operations within a fast-paced production environment. This leadership role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, employee engagement, and continuous improvement while overseeing large production teams and meeting customer expectations.

What You'll Do
Lead daily production operations with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, and accountability.
Coach and support shift supervisors, team leads, and technical leaders.
Manage production schedules and changing priorities to meet customer demand.
Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to achieve plant and customer goals.
Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and operational excellence.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, productivity, labor efficiency, and throughput.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
Develop talent, build high-performing teams, and support succession planning efforts.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and customer requirements are consistently met.
Work that directly supports patient care.
Qualifications
Manufacturing leadership experience required.
Experience leading large teams with responsibility for 80-100+ indirect reports.
Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Experience in plastics manufacturing, injection molding, medical device manufacturing, or other regulated manufacturing environments strongly preferred.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
Experience managing KPIs related to safety, quality, productivity, scrap, and labor efficiency.
Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
Comfortable working with ERP/MES systems and Microsoft Office.
Proven ability to manage changing priorities and drive results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to stand for full manufacturing shifts.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000
10% Annual Incentive Bonus
