This position involved maintaining manufacturing machinery as well as supervising production operations for their overnight weekend team on Fridays and Saturdays only.

Details for the Weekend Maintenance/Production Supervisor:
- Schedule: Part Time- 3rd shift Fridays & Saturdays 11pm-7:15am
- Pay Rate: 30-34/hr + $2 shift differential
- Full benefits and 401k after a probationary period
Job Responsibilities & Description for the Weekend Maintenance/Production Supervisor:
- Diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment using specialized experience in electrical and PLC-controlled equipment
- Assist in maintaining and minor troubleshooting of building systems including HVAC, vacuum systems, dust collection systems, dehumidifier units, air compressors, furnaces, lighting, etc.
- Oversee production operations during assigned shift to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
- Ensure staffing levels are adequate and manage attendance for all personnel on shift.
- Approve employee time off and vacation requests in accordance with company policy.
- Coordinates production priorities and communicates effectively with other shifts and management.
Job Requirements for the Weekend Maintenance/Production Supervisor:
- Must have a thorough knowledge of PLC-controlled machinery.
- Must possess demonstrated leadership ability with solid communication and communication skills required to oversee personnel
- Must have hands-on experience in an industrial/manufacturing maintenance environment with solid troubleshooting ability related to electrical machine maintenance and modification
- Experience in working with building systems including plumbing and HVAC systems preferred
- EPA certification is preferred, but not required
