Join a stable, fast‑paced warehouse operation where your shipping & receiving experience is valued and rewarded! We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily dock operations and keep inbound and outbound freight moving smoothly at a Bedford Park facility.

Shipping & Receiving Clerk (S/R)
💰 $20.00/hour – Temp to Hire (Find & Fill)
⏰ 1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm (rare early start as needed)
📍 Location: Bedford Park, IL
📅 Work Days: Monday – Friday 🛠What You’ll Do
- Verify pickup numbers and update Google Sheets and Excel trackers accurately
- Communicate with floor team members regarding inbound and outbound load status
- Direct truck drivers with dock assignments and pre‑loading instructions
- Prepare and distribute shipping paperwork, including Bills of Lading and packing lists
- Escalate concerns or issues to on‑site Account and Operations Managers as needed
✔ What We’re Looking For
- Previous shipping & receiving warehouse experience required
- Hands‑on experience with BOLs and truck deliveries
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple trackers
- Comfortable using Outlook and Excel for daily communication and reporting
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team‑oriented mindset
