General Laborer Job Details:
Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts (rotating 3-4 day work week)
Pay Rate: $19.80 an hour
2nd shift – 7:00 PM – 7:15 AM
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & every other Saturday
4th shift - 7:00 PM – 7:15 AM
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday

General Laborer Job Description:
- Operate and monitor 14–15 injection molding machines within a production cell during a 12-hour shift
- Inspect products according to work instructions and quality standards
- Label, package, and prepare products to meet customer requirements
- Operate auxiliary production equipment as needed
- Fill in throughout the production area where support is needed
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S and housekeeping standards
- Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including occasional ladder climbing
General Laborer Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, squat, and move throughout a 12-hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills
- Ability to read and follow written procedures and work instructions
- Basic computer skills required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and stay productive in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a solid work history and reliable attendance
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
