- Pay starts at $43.97/hr with a steady 5PM–5AM schedule (4 days on, 4 days off)
- Direct hire opportunity with long-term stability in a global manufacturing environment
- Hands-on role supporting plant operations, equipment reliability, and production uptime
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant electrical systems, including PLCs, controls, and production equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance, safety checks, and assist with new installs and equipment upgrades
- Support production by diagnosing issues quickly, documenting work, and keeping leadership informed on equipment status

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of manufacturing or relevant electrical experience
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and troubleshoot electrical systems safely (OSHA, LOTO, NFPA standards)
- Strong mechanical aptitude with willingness to work 12-hour shifts, overtime as needed, and in a plant environment
