Picking Associate Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:45 PM
- Pay Rate: $18/hr (increase upon conversion)
Picking Associate Job Description:
- Operate order pickers and sit-down forklifts to pick and move product safely
- Process and verify orders using handheld RF scanners and warehouse systems
- Perform equipment checks and ensure safe, damage-free stacking and transport
- Lift up to 150 lbs. regularly to assist with loading and trailer prep
- Work closely with your team and leadership to meet daily goals with a positive attitude
Inventory Control Associate Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs consistently
- Previous forklift experience required; RF scanner experience a plus
- Willingness to complete a 10-panel on-site drug test and a 7-year background check
- Team player with a strong work ethic and positive demeanor
