We are now hiring a dependable, professional individual who is comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced legal office environment.
Office Services Manager Job Summary
Pay Rate: Up to $22.50 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift, standard business hours
Assignment Type: Temp‑to‑Perm
Interview Type: Virtual, phone, and/or in‑person
Provide day‑to‑day onsite operational support for a small to mid‑size law office
Handle mail operations, shipping and receiving, printing, scanning, and copying
Support reception duties and office hospitality
Serve as the primary onsite contact for client and office needs
Office Services Manager Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of related office experience; legal office experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service and professional communication skills
- Experience using office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, and AV equipment
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

- Office casual dress code in a conservative legal environment
- Parking provided by the client
- No driving required until conversion (local post office trips after conversion)
- High‑demand role requiring strong multitasking and organization skills
