Warehouse Shipping Clerk — Steady Hours & Team Environment
We’re hiring a Warehouse Shipping Clerk to support daily outbound operations and make sure customer orders ship accurately and on time. This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with paperwork and systems in a fast‑paced warehouse setting.
Schedule & Pay for the Warehouse Shipping Clerk:
- Monday–Friday: 7:00am start time; plus Saturdays as needed
- Pay: $20-$21/hr (dependent upon experience & INCREASE upon conversion)
Job Responsibilities of the Warehouse Shipping Clerk:
- Manage shipping paperwork including purchase orders, return authorizations, delivery notes, and other outbound documents
- Review delivery notes carefully for special instructions and flag key details for warehouse team members
- Coordinate the movement of shipments from shipping docks to designated staging, storage, or work areas
- Prepare and verify specialized shipping labels to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records while keeping the shipping area organized and compliant with procedures
What We’re Looking For in a Warehouse Shipping Clerk:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in a shipping environment processing customer orders preferred
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, SAP, and/or similar systems
- Experience with green screen systems, AS400, Excel, or Google Sheets preferred
- Great attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
