Mailroom Clerk Job Details:
- Location: Parma, OH 44130
- Pay: $18.70/hr
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Dress Code: Business Casual

Mailroom Clerk Responsibilities:
- Perform high-end mail sorting, print production, and records management tasks
- Operate copiers, printers, inserters, and related production equipment
- Prepare, inspect, compile, and assemble jobs accurately and on time
- Read and follow job tickets, work orders, and production instructions
- Clear paper jams, refill toner and paper, and perform basic troubleshooting
- Assist with fulfillment, quality control, bindery, and mailroom duties
- Maintain steady workflow while meeting quality and productivity standards
- Maintain required production logs and reporting tools
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional
- Meet attendance standards and work assigned schedules and overtime as required
Mailroom Clerk Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in production, print, mailroom, records management, or warehouse environments preferred
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform walking, bending, and twisting throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
- Basic computer skills (training provided on specific systems and equipment)
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and work ethic
