Inserter Machine Operator Details:
Location: Parma, OH 44130
Pay Rate: $22.17/hr
Schedule: Sunday night – Friday morning | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Shift: 3rd Shift (Overnight)
Dress Code: Business Casual

Inserter Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate high-speed inserter machines in a production environment
- Load materials, clear machine jams, unload, and tray inserted mail pieces
- Perform high-volume mail production, fulfillment, and quality control tasks
- Read and follow job tickets, work orders, and production instructions
- Refill paper and supplies; perform basic machine troubleshooting
- Maintain steady workflow while meeting productivity and quality standards
- Complete required production logs and documentation accurately
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional
- Maintain dependable attendance and work assigned schedules, including overtime when required
Inserter Machine Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior machine operator, warehouse, or production experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for the full shift in a warehouse environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending, twisting, and repetitive motions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, overnight production setting
- Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
- Basic computer skills (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and work ethic
- Proven job stability and dependable attendance
