Maintenance Lead Job Details:
Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday
 7:00 AM - 7:15 PM
Pay Rate: $37.00 - $42.00 an hour, based on experience

Maintenance Lead Job Description:
- Lead and support a team of Automation and Maintenance Technicians to ensure maximum equipment uptime
- Assign daily tasks and prioritize maintenance activities for efficiency
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues
- Oversee repair and maintenance of machinery and facility systems
- Ensure clear communication across shifts and with leadership teams
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance skillsets and performance
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance processes and activities
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
- Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and engineering specifications
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors as neededÂ
Maintenance Lead Job Requirements:
- Associate’s degree (or higher) in Maintenance, Automation, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance, automation, or manufacturing environments
- Experience with injection molding equipment preferred
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, robotics, and automated systems
- Hands-on experience with equipment such as ABB, Fanuc, Epson, Allen-Bradley, Cognex, or Keyence is a plus
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
- Proven leadership ability and experience managing or guiding a team
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
