CNC Programming Manufacturing Engineer I
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (On-site | Direct Hire)
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 + Full Benefits

We’re looking for a hands-on CNC Programming Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations and drive efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, programming, and improving processes while working closely with production teams.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain CNC programs for shop floor operations
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to program precision parts
- Utilize Mastercam and CREO to build models and toolpaths
- Support production by optimizing processes for quality, efficiency, and cost control
- Maintain accurate programs, routings, and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers on design and engineering questions
- Assist with quoting new jobs, tooling, and production setup
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations
What You Bring
- 3+ years of CNC machining/programming experience
- Strong knowledge of G-code and blueprint reading
- Experience with CAM software (Mastercam preferred)
- Familiarity with Fanuc or Mazak controls
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a production-driven environment

- On-site role with time split between office and production floor
- Exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
- PPE required (steel toe boots, safety glasses, hearing protection)
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 100 lbs occasionally
