- Monday – Friday, 8:00 am-5 pm
- $70-$80K/yr. DOE
- Hybrid schedule after training
Job description for Direct Hire Accounts Payable Supervisor:
- Responsibilities include supervising, training and evaluating the accounts payable staff.
- Manage invoice receipts, approvals, system preparations and payment releases for all vendor payables.
- Supervise, enforce and support the expense reporting process.
- Monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain positive vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies.
- Review all new vendors and verify onboarding details required.
- Prepare, audit and assist with any tax reporting requirements such as 1099s
Job Requirements for Direct Hire Accounts Payable Supervisor:
- Batchelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
- 6+ years accounts payable experience
- Proven experience in a Supervisory/Team Management role
