Job Details for Lead Assembler:
*Schedule: Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm
*Pay Rate: up to $60,000
Job Responsibilities & Description for Lead Assembler:
Supervise production assemblers
Train new hires
Ensure safety regulations
Communicate across departments
Manage production workflow and make changes as necessary
Perform inspection of equipment
Job Requirements for Stand-Up Lead Assembler:
Prior supervisory experience
Extensive experience with hand and measuring tools
Prior experience in mechanical assembly
