Inventory Auditor Job Details
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00AM – 3:30PMÂ
- Pay Rate: $18/hour
- Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Inventory Auditor Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily shipping and receiving records in SAP for inbound and outbound loads
- Organize and process inventory withdrawals into truckloads; update perpetual inventory for all shipments and reversals
- Verify accuracy of paperwork, shipping documents, and proof of shipments; maintain accurate and organized records]
- Operate forklift as needed to support inventory and material handling operations
- Communicate add-ons, cancellations, and urgent shipping updates to supervisors and team leaders
- Support scale room operations and monitor dropped trailers and import containers
- Assist Inventory Department with filing, documentation, and supply management
Inventory Auditor Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience with SAP or other warehouse management systems
- Forklift certification or at least 3–6 months forklift experience preferred
- Strong computer skills with the ability to maintain accurate inventory records
- Solid math and analytical skills for reconciliations and reporting
- Prior warehouse or material handling experience strongly preferred
