Bi-Lingual Front Desk Administrative Support
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Pay: $17–$18 per hour
Location: Concord, NC 28025
About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and people‑oriented Bi-Lingual Front Desk Administrative Support professional to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our recruiting operations by providing excellent customer service to candidates, visitors, and internal team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk‑in applicants, directing them through the pre‑screening and application process
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to basic inquiries, and route calls appropriately
- Assist the recruiting team by scheduling candidate interviews and confirming appointments
- Check in applicants for interviews and ensure necessary documentation is collected for onboarding
- Support the office with general administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate information using Excel, Teams, and other computer systems
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Previous admin, customer service, or front desk experience preferred
- Comfortable speaking with people in person and over the phone
- Strong computer literacy, including experience with Excel, Microsoft Teams, and general office software
- Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and support multiple team members
