Parts Specialist Job Details:
Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
Pay Rate: $18-19.50/hr BOE
Parts Specialist Job Description:
Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts
Answer phone, email, and in-person inquires professionally
Assist with weekly cycle counts
Receive, stock and organize parts inventory
Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems regularly
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
Assist other teammates, when needed
Communicate clearly with our other global locations
Able to work independently
Maintain a clean and organized parts area
Parts Specialist Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in parts, inventory, and customer service
Good communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Inventory audit and control experience preferred
