Maintenance Technician (Electrical/Mechanical)
Full-Time | Manufacturing Facility
We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability across our production and packaging operations. This role involves electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repair, welding/fabrication, and preventive maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance from daily to annual PMs.
- Read and interpret mechanical/electrical schematics.
- Complete welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
- Maintain 5S standards and follow all safety and LOTO procedures.
- Communicate maintenance actions clearly through written and verbal updates.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
What You Need
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics and AC/DC controls.
- Basic PLC understanding.
- Ability to work independently and support operations when needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Work Environment & Physical Needs
- Production facility with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
- Frequent walking, climbing, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs).
