Schedule 1st Shift, M–Thurs, 6am-3pm | 2nd Shift, M - Thurs 3:pm-1am

Job Responsibilities for 1st shift and 2nd shift Machine Operator:
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings
- Set up, operate, and monitor machines according to specifications
- Measure materials using tape measures, rulers, and decimals to ensure accuracy
- Load/unload materials and perform heavy lifting throughout the shift
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
- Use a computer system to access work instructions, log production data, and complete checklists
Job Requirements 1st shift and 2nd shift Machine Operator:
- REQUIRED: For safety reason must be able to communicate in English
- REQUIRED: 1+ year of experience working in Precision Assembly, Machine Operation of similar. Electronic Assembly experience required
- PREFFERED: 1+ year of experience with a computer database such as WMS, ERP SAP or similar
- Ability to follow written instructions, diagrams, or basic drawings
- Steady hands for tasks like crimping, connecting, or occasional light soldering
