Job Details – Health Insurance Agent
- Location: Jacksonville, NC 28540
- Pay: $18.00/hr, Increases to $21/hr during peak season
- Schedule: Full‑Time | Onsite | Direct Hire
- Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What You’ll Do as a Health Insurance Agent
- Assist customers by phone, email, and chat
- Clearly explain health insurance plans and coverage options
- Compare plans and help customers choose the best fit
- Enroll customers in the appropriate plan
- Navigate multiple computer systems while supporting customers
- Meet performance, quality, and enrollment goals
What We’re Looking For in a Health Insurance Agent
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional, confident communication skills
- A sales‑minded approach with strong customer service skills
- Comfortable multitasking and using computer systems
- Detail‑oriented and goal‑driven
