Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems
Process shipping documents, bills of lading, and invoices
Answer phones and respond to emails professionally and promptly
Provide administrative support to warehouse and operations teams
Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper)
Verify shipment details and ensure documentation accuracy
Assist with reporting and tracking inventory or freight movement
Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality
Administrative Clerk – Job Requirements
Previous administrative, clerical, or office experience preferred
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry systems)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
