Picker/Packer Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $16/ hour
- Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Picker/Packer Responsibilities:
- Perform receiving tasks for the first half of the day, including unloading, checking in products, and organizing inventory
- Complete order fulfillment tasks for the second half of the day, including picking, packing, and preparing customer orders
- Maintain accuracy in order selection and inventory handling
- Work efficiently to support daily production goals
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standard
Picker/Packer Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or receiving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for the duration of the shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow written and verbal instructions
