Inventory Coordinator — $25–$30/hr | Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM
Seeking an organized Inventory Coordinator to manage inventory accuracy, support material flow, and work cross‑functionally with production, quality, and logistics teams. Great role for someone who’s detail‑focused, tech‑savvy, and confident communicating with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities of the Inventory Coordinator:
- Perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update ERP/WMS systems
- Receive, verify, and organize inbound materials; prep items for distribution
- Maintain labeling, documentation, and inventory organization
Requirements for the Inventory Coordinator:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system
- Strong written/email communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask and ask questions when needed
