Bilingual Warehouse Senior Team Lead & Warehouse Team Lead Key Responsibilities:
- Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to ensure operational efficiency
- Track productivity metrics and provide daily feedback and coaching
- Audit work quality and address performance or process issues as needed
- Assist with onboarding and training of new hires
- Perform hands-on warehouse tasks (picking, packing, receiving, etc.) as needed
Bilingual Warehouse Senior Team Lead & Warehouse Team Lead Qualifications:
- Bilingual, Must be able to speak both English and Spanish Fluently
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Team Lead: 1–3 years of experience leading a team in a warehouse or production environment
- Senior Team Lead: 3+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience
- Comfortable using basic computer systems (order processing, spreadsheets, warehouse systems)
