Plumbing Technician Opportunity
Monday Through Friday
Pay: $24 - $34 DOE Plus Benefits
We’re seeking a driven, dependable Plumbing Technician to become part of our expanding team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, delivers exceptional service, and represents the company with professionalism. You’ll troubleshoot plumbing problems, explain solutions clearly, and complete repairs or installations with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle residential plumbing diagnostics, repairs, and system installations
- Present good/better/best service options with clarity and confidence
- Keep work areas clean, respect the customer’s home, and deliver a true 5‑star experience
- Accurately document work performed, materials used, and recommendations
- Adhere to company processes, safety guidelines, and pricing structures
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold our “do the right thing” standard
- Assist with larger projects and contribute to team goals as the company grows
Qualifications
- Preferably 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Valid driver’s license and professional presentation
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively
- Comfortable discussing pricing, offering options, and educating customers
- Motivated to learn, earn commissions, and advance within the company

Compensation
Vacation & Holidays
(Eligible after 90‑day probation)
- 2 weeks paid vacation, accrued monthly
- 5 paid holidays: Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year’s Day, Easter, Fourth of July
