Sanitation Associate Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – Until
- Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
- Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Sanitation Associate Responsibilities:
- Support all cleaning and sanitizing functions for precut food operations
- Maintain a safe, hygienic, and positive work environment
- Clean and sanitize tools, equipment, and processing areas using approved chemicals
- Read and follow chemical labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
- Use water pressure hoses to maintain cleanliness throughout the plant
- Assemble and disassemble equipment for cleaning as needed
- Follow GMPs, sanitation SOPs, and food safety regulations
- Perform general sanitation and light maintenance tasks to support production safety and quality
Sanitation Associate Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and use a pallet jack
- Experience working in refrigerated environments
- Understanding of sanitation practices, food safety, or chemical handling
- HACCP or ServSafe certification preferred
- Prior sanitation, warehouse, or food processing experience preferred
