Food Processing Associate
Pay Rate: Up to $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Start at 8:00 AM; typically 8 hr shift
Location: Warrendale, PA
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Food Processing Associate to support fresh‑cut food production and order fulfillment. This role involves processing, packaging, labeling, and preparing food products for next‑day delivery while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Process fresh‑cut orders, including cutting and packaging vegetables and food products
- Clean and sanitize the processing room at the start of each shift
- Process produce according to orders entered into the system
- Create and apply labels for outgoing shipments
- Package products and prepare them for timely delivery
- Maintain product quality and food safety standards
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of warehouse or processing experience preferred (minimum 1 year required)
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Basic arithmetic skills
