PeopleShare is looking for reliable and detail‑oriented Production Team Members to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will assist with packaging, machine support, material handling, and general production tasks to ensure products are made safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced production environment.
Production Team Member Job Details:
Schedule: 12 hour 2-2-3 schedule, 7:00am - 7:00pm and 7:00pm-7:00am available
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Location: Martinsburg, WV
Production Team Member Job Requirements:
- Assist with packaging, palletizing, loading, and unloading products
- Transport raw materials, rolls, and finished goods throughout the facility
- Install, unwind, cut, and replace rolls on production machines
- Pour raw materials into machine hoppers and assist with production processes
- Move completed pallets to the product warehouse using barcode scanning
- Arrange and organize products in the warehouse
- Ensure package quantities are accurate and packaging is properly sealed
- Keep machines, worktables, and surrounding areas clean and organized
- Remove foreign materials (hair, insects, debris) from packages as required
- Support continuous production by following the production schedule
- Monitor equipment for issues and report malfunctions or defects to supervisors
- Follow all safety rules, warning signs, and use required PPE at all times
- Properly handle waste materials and transport scrap to the recycling department
- Communicate clearly with team members across shifts and departments
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements for Production Team Member:
- Able to work well with others and communicate effectively
- Detail‑oriented and able to follow instructions carefully
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production setting
- Willing to learn and open to feedback and suggestions
- Able to keep basic records and follow production procedures
- Capable of problem‑solving and recognizing workflow issues
- Physically able to lift, move, and handle materials safely
- Comfortable wearing multiple layers of PPE for extended periods of time
