Service & Technical Manager Job Description: As a Service & Technical Manager, you'll be the go-to person for delivering top-notch technical support and training to our dealer network and end-users. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all our products and equipment.
Service & Technical Manager Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support via email, telephone, and in-person.
Conduct hands-on and classroom training for dealers and end-users.
Disseminate Technical Bulletin campaigns to ensure compliance and completion of repairs.
- Warranty Administration:
- Enforce Dealer Standards and Guidelines.
- Process and analyze dealer warranty claims.
- Arbitrate warranty events to ensure equitable outcomes.
- Sales Support:
- Assist with new product installation and training.
- Participate in product demonstrations and trade shows.
- Conduct follow-up calls to drive customer satisfaction and growth in OEM replacement parts sales.
Service & Technical Manager Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of shop/field service experience in maintenance and repair of equipment/automotive.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and water systems.
- Familiarity with diesel engines preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct customer service/interaction experience.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Warranty Administration experience.
- Class B CDL Driver License required.
- Valid Passport or ability to obtain for travel throughout North America.
- Clean driving record.
