Customer Service Representative Job Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 7:00pm - FULLY ONSITE
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Customer Service Representative Job Description:
Respond to customers via telephone while maintaining all corporate guidelines and performance standards.
Demonstrate exceptional customer‑care skills including empathy, active listening, courtesy, and helpfulness.
Record, investigate, and resolve member complaints in accordance with Grievance Procedure guidelines.
Recommend new ideas for service, process improvements, and organizational growth.
Log, track, and document all interactions and issues accurately using internal online systems.
Proactively generate sales opportunities with new customers through cold calling and follow‑up on provided leads.
