Quality Control Lab Technician & Operations Associate
We are seeking a Quality Control Lab Technician & Operations Associate to join our team. This position involves monitoring and controlling chemical blends, performing laboratory testing, and supporting operational tasks such as inventory management, shipping, and logistics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details for Quality Control Lab Technician:
- Location: Charleston, SC 29605
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Salary: $60,000 annually

Job Responsibilities for Quality Control Lab Technician:
- Perform quality tests using Viscometers, FTIR/IR, ICP (Optical Emission Spectrometer), Karl Fischer, and Density Meter.
- Maintain calibration and preventative maintenance of lab equipment.
- Inspect finished products and follow test protocols, recording accurate results and communicating pass/fail status.
- Retest reworked batches as needed.
- Maintain and store samples for each batch blend.
- Record and store Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for raw materials and finished goods.
- Perform product return inspections.
- Support job management, inventory control, receiving, shipping, and logistics.
- Maintain ERP transactions related to Quality Control.
- Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness policies.
Job Requirements for Quality Control Lab Technician:
- HS Diploma of GED Required
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and testing protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow procedures.
- Basic computer skills and experience with ERP systems preferred.
