About the Role:
Are you ready to be the friendly face that makes banking personal? As a Bank Teller, you’ll be the first point of contact for members, providing exceptional service in person and over the phone. You’ll process transactions, educate members on products and services, and guide them through digital banking solutions—all while building lasting relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet members warmly and deliver outstanding service.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments accurately.
- Balance your cash drawer daily and assist with vault operations.
- Educate members on credit union products and digital tools.
- Cross-sell services to help members achieve financial success.
- Maintain compliance with security, fraud prevention, and privacy policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Comfortable using PCs, 10-key, and business software.
