💡 Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician will support production and facility operations through the execution of preventive maintenance, mechanical repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of maintenance systems, ability to work independently, and experience coordinating maintenance programs. Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatics and PLC controls. Motor mechanical skills are a PLUS.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a parts list for each piece of equipment.
- Coordinate and streamline installations or equipment repairs using computerized systems.
- Perform random checks of preventive maintenance (PM) completed by external contractors to ensure reliability and quality.
- Work independently with supervisors to coordinate and schedule maintenance programs across departments.
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and long- and short-term maintenance planning.
💻 Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in using a personal computer and related software applications.
- Strong analytical skills to examine and re-engineer procedures, formulate policies, and implement new strategies.
- Proven mechanical maintenance and repair experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Salary range: $28.00 - $30.00
