Hospitality & Office Support Associate
Location: Boston, MA
Pay Rate: $23/hour (weekly pay)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM start, 40 hours/week
Dress Code: Business Casual
About the Role
PeopleShare is hiring a Hospitality & Office Support Associate! This position focuses on providing exceptional hospitality and administrative support in a professional office environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings and events
- Prepare beverage and food service for meetings
- Maintain inventory and order supplies
- Keep kitchens and pantries clean and stocked
- Provide back-up receptionist coverage during lunch and vacation periods
- Assist with general office tasks such as mail handling and supply distribution
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Hospitality or hotel/restaurant experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift and move items as needed
- Professional demeanor and “white glove” service mindset
