Location: Medway, MA 02053
Pay Rate: $19.80/hour ($18.00 base + 10% shift differential)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 3:30PM – 1:30AM
Job Summary:
PeopleShare is seeking a motivated Sanitation Associate to join a dynamic fortune 500 manufacturing team! This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment with various cleaning and production processes.
Responsibilities for a Sanitation Associate:
Process stainless steel tubing of various lengths through cleaning baths and chemical solutions.
Use water hoses and air lines to clean and dry materials.
Move materials or carts of tubing between departments as needed.
Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
Follow all written procedures, work instructions, and job routers.
Qualifications for a Sanitation Associate:
Willingness to learn and accept training.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and company policies.
Microscope use experience is a plus.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs for extended periods.
Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and following OSHA safety guidelines.
Physical & Work Environment for a Sanitation Associate:
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
Exposure to cleaning chemicals with PPE and safety controls provided.
General cleaning room/manufacturing environment.
