Machine Operator Job Details:
Schedule: Monday-Thursday + Friday's as needed | 6:00 am-6:00 pm
Pay Rate: $16.50 - $19.00 depending on experience
Machine Operator Job Description:
- Set up, operate, and monitor assigned production machines
- Perform quality checks on product to ensure specifications are met
- Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues as needed
- Load raw materials and packaging materials into machinery
- Record production data, downtime, and output in production system
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety requirements, and plant SOPs
- Keep work area clean, organized, and in compliance with sanitation standards
- Assist with changeovers and machine cleanings
- Communicate issues to supervisors or maintenance for corrective action
Machine Operator Job Requirements:
- Previous machine operator experience in food manufacturing required
- Ability to read measurements, scales, and basic production documentation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Must be safety focused and quality driven
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout shift
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
