Warehouse Associates & Associate Shop Technicians – Field Distribution
Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay $17-18 prh
1st Shift
Start as early as 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
About the Roles
We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join a growing distribution and assembly facility. These positions offer hands-on work, stability, and the chance to grow into permanent roles.
Warehouse Associate Responsibilities
General warehouse duties including staging, organizing, and preparing products for shipment
Assist with lifting and moving units (up to 50 lbs with team support)
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work in a team-oriented setting with consistent schedules
Associate Shop Technician Responsibilities
Assemble hardware options and install them into copiers and printers per customer requests
Test units using a standardized checklist and QA process to ensure proper functionality
Prepare and stage units for shipment
Use tools such as screwdrivers and nut drivers
Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and safety
Requirements
Basic technical knowledge (mechanical, electronics, and computer skills)
Ability to lift 50 lbs (team lifting required for heavier units)
Comfortable standing and walking during shifts (not extensive)
Willingness to work overtime when needed
Strong teamwork and reliability
