Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00pm–7:15am
Pay Rate: $17/hour + $2 shift differential
Environment: Clean, organized, temperature-controlled production floor
Job Responsibilities & Description for the Production Technician in Chestertown, MD:
Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing machines as a production technician
Complete accurate documentation, quality checks, and performance records
Assist with machine setup and participate in daily shift huddles
Ensure all quality standards and production goals are met on time
Transport materials using pallet jacks and follow all safety protocols
Work efficiently and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
Job Requirements for the Production Technician in Chestertown, MD:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skillset
Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Must be 18 or older and willing to complete standard onboarding screenings
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
