Join a fast-growing company new to the area with lots of growth opportunities! We’re seeking experienced Electromechanical Assemblers for a temp-to-hire position. This is a great opportunity to get in early with a company that’s expanding and values long-term employees.

Pay: $18–$22/hr (based on experience) + $1/hr shift differential

What You’ll Do:

Assemble and install electrical and mechanical components using blueprints, schematics, and hand/power tools
Perform quality checks to ensure all assemblies meet specifications
Work closely with engineering and production teams to solve problems and improve efficiency
Keep a clean and organized work area

What We’re Looking For:

Previous electromechanical assembly experience required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics
Skilled in safe and effective use of tools
Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and teamwork
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
