Job Details for the Quality Assurance Associate
- Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:30pm, Occasional OT as required
- Pay Rate: $16.50/hr with a pay raise after a short probationary period
- Location: New Castle, DE
- Benefits: full benefits (401k, medical, vision, dental) after a probationary period
Job Responsibilities for the Quality Assurance Associate:
- Utilize a heat gun to carefully remove tapes, seals, labels, and unnecessary tags from retail boxes.
- Conduct thorough inspections of products for any visible scratches, cracks, or damages.
- Test software, hardware and computer accessories.
- Receive customized products and verify whether the information on the products matches that on the job forms.
- Clean the surface of the products to ensure there are no fingerprints or stains.
- Ensure all machine accessories are present before packaging and securely seal boxes.
Job Requirements for the Quality Assurance Associate:
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to work independently and as a team
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a warehousing role or other roles requiring a similar sense of attention to detail
- Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment drug and background screening
