Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Fabricator Job Description: We are seeking entry-level Fabricators with solid work history for our fabrication shop and career training advancements. This position involves hands-on work with tools and equipment, assisting in the fabrication of parts for dust collection systems at customer sites.
Fabricator Job Duties:
• Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for projects.
• Assist with measuring, cutting, sorting, and assembling components for fabrication and installation.
• Operate hand and power tools (grinders, drills, saws, etc.) after training.
• Perform general labor tasks such as moving materials, bolting, fitting, and supporting experienced crew members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow all safety policies and use personal protective equipment as required.
• Support team members by completing assigned tasks and learning new skills over time.
Fabricator Job Qualifications:
• Ability to use a tape measure and basic hand tools.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs, climb, and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and eager to learn.
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
