Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming materials, noting any discrepancies.
Prepare, store, and pick products according to warehouse management system (WMS) procedures.
Pack, weigh, manifest, palletize, and load outgoing orders.
Handle web and general fulfillment orders accurately and efficiently.
Perform cycle counts, verify bin locations, and consolidate inventory when needed.
Operate material handling equipment (including cherry pickers).
Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment while following LEAN principles and safety standards.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
2–3 years of warehouse experience preferred (comfort operating a cherry picker required).
Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and commitment to safety.
Ability to work full-time and occasional overtime as needed.
Physical Demands
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, stoop, and climb ladders for extended periods.
Must be able to lift and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
