3rd Shift Warehouse Supervisor

Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled Supervisor to provide leadership and support on the production floor during the 3rd shift. This role involves stepping in for the primary Shift Supervisor when needed to ensure smooth operations, safety compliance, and consistent output. The ideal candidate brings practical manufacturing experience, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to team performance and operational excellence. Bilingual is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Assume full responsibility for a production shift in the absence of the lead supervisor
Guide, mentor, and motivate a team of up to 30 production staff
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production goals
Execute daily production schedules efficiently and accurately
Perform initial and ongoing inspections of products to ensure compliance with specifications
Identify workflow challenges and implement solutions to minimize disruptions
Train and support team members to optimize performance and operational efficiency
Ensure materials, tools, and work instructions are available and distributed appropriately
Collaborate with management to monitor team progress and provide feedback
Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives across shifts
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or shift lead role within a manufacturing environment
Solid understanding of production operations; prior experience in plastics or similar manufacturing is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications are beneficial
Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and safety compliance skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
Strong communication skills and a hands-on, accountable leadership style
Bilingual is preferred
