We’re looking for an experienced CNC Programmer with strong Mastercam expertise to join our Sheet Metal Fabrication team in Frederick, MD. This role blends high-level programming with hands-on machine operation—ideal for someone who thrives on precision and problem-solving.
Job Details
· Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:45am–3:15pm
· Pay: Up to $38/hr (based on experience)
Responsibilities
· Program CNC machines with Mastercam to support sheet metal fabrication projects
· Set up, operate, and adjust CNC machines to meet tight tolerances
·Create programs for a lathe and for fixturing jaws/ devices.
· Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings for accurate part programming
Qualifications
· Advanced experience with Mastercam programming (must-have)
· Hands-on CNC machine operation skills (mills, lathes, or fabrication equipment)
· SolidWorks knowledge and background in sheet metal fabrication preferred
· Must be able to read and follow complex engineering drawings
· Must have an understanding of MIL specs and GD&T
