Treasury Analyst- Summary
Lead and manage the daily operations of Uline’s treasury and cash management functions, ensuring optimal liquidity, returns, and risk management. Develop, monitor, and execute strategies for cash sources and uses to support the company’s financial objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and develop Treasury Analysts, providing guidance and expertise to internal teams on treasury-related matters.
- Direct day-to-day cash management activities and ensure smooth operational performance.
- Oversee weekly cash flow forecasting and periodic reporting for cash and investments.
- Research, recommend, and execute approved investment transactions for operating cash.
- Recommend strategies to manage foreign currency exposure and facilitate currency conversions.
- Oversee budgeting, analysis, and negotiation of bank and credit card fees.
- Review and ensure compliance with loan, investment, and credit card agreements.
- Maintain access controls for treasury systems, ensuring accurate documentation and signatory lists for all bank, investment, and credit card accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, monitoring performance, security, and service levels to mitigate risk and enhance efficiency.
- Oversee the issuance and amendment of letters of credit and performance bonds.
- Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the role.

- Directly manages employees.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Certifications/Licenses: CTP preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years managing treasury operations and teams.
- Proven experience managing investments and operating in a multi-currency environment.

- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in treasury systems, investment analysis, and cash forecasting.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. occasionally (30–60%).
- Vision requirements include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Work environment is typically quiet to moderate in noise level.
Other Requirements
- Periodic travel to international branches and conferences.
- On-site presence required.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
