Production Associate Job Description:
Perform fiberglass repairs, spray booth tasks, and spraying techniques
Operate specialized equipment related to painting and fiberglass repair
Inspect and verify parts meet drawing specifications
Inspect incoming materials, verify dimensions, and report discrepancies
Identify, label, and assemble shipments; process shipping paperwork
Production Associate Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1–3 months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong math skills and technical competency
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed
